Overview
New Surrey Cabinet Doors Ltd at Unit-E, 7675 132 Street, Surrey, BC is hiring carpenter supervisor for full time and permanent position.
Duties:
- · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- · Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of carpenters;
- · Oversee the day-to-day activities of carpenters, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
- · Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
- · Train or arrange for training of workers
- · Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures
- · Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use.
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in English
Secondary school diploma is required.
Minimum 2 years or more experience as carpenter required
Terms:
30 to 40 Hours/week 2 days off per week
Wage: $38.50/Hour
