Overview
We (Advance Sheet Metal Ltd) are an established sheet metal company in business for over 30years based out of Delta, BC is looking for Production Supervisor- Metal Product manufacturing for full time and permanent position.
Duties would be
- To supervise and coordinate the activities of workers involved in manufacturing sheet metal products,
- Ensure production deadlines are met as required,
- Schedule the workers to increase product efficiency, resolve work related issues,
- Apply methods to improve the production,
- Maintain appropriate inventory required for production projects, request supplies to be used, schedule machinery maintenance as required.
- Prepare production report,
- Train workers in safety procedures, and company policies,
- Recommend manpower requirement as per workload.
Requirements:
Minimum education as completion of high school is required.
Minimum experience of 2 Years or more in metal fabrication or relevant industry is required of is required.
Salary of $42.00 per hour will be given.
Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. 2 Days off per week will be given. Language required is English.
