Overview
Anu and Amber Enterprises Ltd dba Dairy Queen Chill & Grill is hiring for the position of Food Service Supervisor.
Duties of Food Service Supervisor
· Supervise and coordinate a team of 2-5 cashiers and kitchen staff.
· Serve as main operator of the point of sales system and assist staff with issues related to the till.
· Ensure the store is opened and closed in a safe and secure manner
· Ensure all final food products meet Dairy Queen quality control standards.
· Handle online paperwork relating to company deposits and bills.
· Order ingredients for cake production; and make staff schedules.
· Liaise and assist the owners with matters relating to general operations.
· Handle customers complaints and try to resolve them on the spot.
· Participate in all inspections by health department and Franchisor
· Train the staff in duties
Requirements
Completion of secondary school.
Minimum experience of 7 months or more in food industry is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale System (POS) is an asset
Programs related to hospitality management would be an asset.
Terms
Hours of work: 30 hours to 40 hours per week.
Salary: $ 22.00 per hour
Vacation:4% gross salary
