Responsibilities

Tasks

 

Ø  Assign sales workers to duties

Ø  Supervise staff

Ø  Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Ø  Order merchandise

Ø  Authorize return of merchandise

Ø  Establish work schedules

Ø  Sell merchandise

Ø  Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Ø  Organize and maintain inventory

Ø  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Ø  Manage cash

Ø  Conduct performance reviews
