Tasks

• Relay emails and phone calls to intended receivers

• Issue bills and receive payment from the clients

• In- charge of room booking and or room cancellation

• Process guest/s arrival and departures

• Follow emergency and safety procedures

• Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities

• Perform cash balancing, cash reports, and related forms.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints

Accommodation: The hotel owners will contribute up to 30% of the employee’s gross wages towards rent, Internet and utilities.
