Responsibilities

Tasks

• Assign sales workers to duties

• May authorize payments by cheque, return of merchandise, supply shortages and request for a refund.

• Prepare sales reports, cost reports, organize and maintain inventory, performs monthly inventory reports, create employee schedule

• Deal with the suppliers regarding orders, mechanise quality and the delivery schedule

• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

• Resolving customer complaints
