Responsibilities
Tasks
Market Research: Assist in analyzing customer pain points, business and
technical requirements, competitor offerings, and industry trends to inform
product positioning and messaging.
Go-to-Market Support: Help develop and execute pre- and post-launch plans,
including preparing messaging, collateral, managing beta programs (including
feedback and interviews) and campaign timelines under the direction of the
Product Manager.
Content Development: Create and maintain product-focused content such as
product UI/UX assets, websites, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and
customer success stories.
Sales Enablement: Prepare sales tools such as battlecards, FAQs, and training
materials; assist with pitch deck creation and updates; coordinate and supportsales training sessions.
Campaign & Webinar Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and analyzing
marketing campaigns and webinars—including topic development, lead
nurturing, and performance tracking—to generate and convert leads.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (conversion, engagement,
etc.), assist in data analysis and campaign optimization, and prepare reports,
presentations, and briefs for internal teams.
Win-Loss Interviews & Customer Insights: Coordinate and conduct win-loss
interviews, consolidate insights, and share findings with Product and Sales to
refine messaging and product direction.
Competitive Analysis: Research competitors, assist in developing and updating
battle cards, and support sales with competitive insights.
Coordinate and drive activities for maintaining our ISO certification status.
Other duties as assigned by the Product Manager
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, and Communication role.
Experience in software, SaaS, or technology marketing in the dental industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Experience with CMS, Martech, CRM, Design and Photo, and Office tools and methodologies
