Responsibilities
Tasks
Managing department heads and the company’s various locations.
Setting up operational goals, budgets and standards along with the President of the company
Overseeing the company’s major accounts payable and receivable along with the accounting team.
Overseeing the company’s marketing and promotional strategy along with the Director of client services and marketing team.
Overseeing IT improvements and IT security along with the 3rd party IT company based in Calgary
Overseeing products and services competition, quality level and deadlines along with the operational team.
Should be willing to travel often throughout BC, AB and ON and work in both AB andBC Offices. When travelling to ON Premier Visa and Immigration Services Ltd willbook meeting rooms.
Should have experience with hiring and training middle managers
