Overview
Pahoa Produce Company Ltd is involved in the wholesale business at 11960 Hammersmith Way Unit 180, Richmond BC. We are looking to hire Wholesale Trade Manager for full-time and permanent positions.
Duties
· Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall sales strategies and operations of the wholesale division
· Analyze current market trends and customer requirements to forecast demand and identify new sales opportunities; monitor competitor activities
· Develop and implement effective pricing structures and credit policies in line with company goals,
· Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients
· Source new products and negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally
· Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; assign duties and schedules accordingly
· Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years is required
Language: English is required
Terms:
Wage: $ 45.50 per hour
Work: Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week
