Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
 Operate automated and computerized processing equipment to grind, extract, blend, mix, cook,
package, bottle, can, bag, or box food and beverage products.
 Monitor production processes through control panels, computer systems, gauges, video displays,
and machine indicators to ensure optimal operating conditions.
 Adjust process variables such as temperature, ingredient quantities, flow rates, and processing
times to maintain product quality and efficiency.
 Set up, calibrate, and make routine adjustments to food and beverage processing and packaging
machinery.
 Run production equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging of food and beverage
products.
 Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications, identifying
and removing defective items when necessary.
 Troubleshoot equipment issues, clear machine jams, and perform minor corrective adjustments to
maintain continuous production.
 Record and maintain accurate production data, including quantities produced, product weights,
packaging details, dates, and shift activities.
 Maintain detailed shift logs documenting production performance, equipment status, and
operational observations.
 Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas in accordance with safety and hygiene
requirements.
 Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and product irregularities to supervisors
promptly.
 Follow company procedures, food safety regulations, and quality assurance standards to ensure
safe and efficient operations.
