Meca Forming Inc at 12720 115B Ave in Surrey, BC is hiring Carpenter Supervisor for full-time and permanent position. Duties Would be
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of exterior or finishing carpenters in residential, and commercial buildings;
Oversee the day-to-day activities of carpenters, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
Train or arrange for training of workers
Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures
Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use
Requirement
Education: Minimum education completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 or more years as a carpenter is required.
Language required English.
Other Details
Salary $38.00/hr.
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Location: 12720 115B Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 3R6. Work will be at various locations across the lower mainland.
