Manohar Vegetarian Bakery (2025) Ltd at A-2640 Cedar Park Pl, Abbotsford, BC is hiring Store Manager for full time and permanent position.
Duties:
- To plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishment,
- Analyze market requirements and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operations on sales,
- Determine, implement price changes, and credit policies,
- Develop and implement marketing strategies,
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Source and negotiate with vendors to procure raw materials.
- Manage staff and assign duties,
- Resolve customer complaints,
- Determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum education required is completion of secondary school.
Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year is required.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Wage: $45.50/hr
