K.S Exterior Ltd at 10691 141 A Street in Surrey, BC is hiring siding installer for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to read blueprints, drawings and work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines as per the specifications to be used for installations. Install, repair and service wood or vinyl sidings using hand and power tools. Installing roof vents, flashing and other components, cutting wood or steel to fit openings. May load and unload truck with supplies and equipment. No specific education is required. 7 months or more experience related to installing or repairing will be required. On-the-job training will be provided. Must be able to communicate in English. Minimum work of 30 to 40 hours per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week. Work will be at various locations across lower Mainland. Others benefit as per company policy.
