Responsibilities
Tasks
- Provide direct care to client and respond to their physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client’s treatment progress.
- Assist client in understanding and managing their mental health conditions.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and coping mechanisms.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Conduct group therapy sessions.
- Support clients in developing skills for daily living and self-care
