Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Relay emails and phone calls to intended receivers. Issue bills and receive payment from the clients .

·         In- charge of room booking and or room cancellation.

·         Process guest/s arrival and departures .

·         Follow emergency and safety procedures.

·         Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities.

·         Perform cash balancing, cash reports, and related forms.

·         Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints.

·         Runs the night audit sequence and prepares night audit reports, management reports and daily revenue reports.

·         Assist in the implementation of new procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of night audit operations.

·         Perform front desk duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and assisting with guest requests during the night shift.

·         Responsible of managing and setting up guest breakfast until the Breakfast Attendant comes in.
