Tasks

Provide courteous and professional guest services, Utilize instinctive selling techniques and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels, Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk, Handle guest accounts, check in and check out procedure, Assist guests on arrival, departure, and during their stay, Operate the telephone console, Process reservations and cancellation requests, Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager and/or their delegate.
