Tasks
• Clean food prep stations and equipment
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize used utensils, dishes, and pans.
• Load and unload dishes from the dish machine
• Keep work area clean and organize utensils properly for a conducive working place.
• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clean and clear tables, trays, and chairs
• Refill condiments and other supplies at the tables and serving area.
