Concrete Finisher Helper Wanted!

DCL Constructors Inc. is hiring a Concrete Finisher Helper as soon as possible

Location of work: Various work sites within the city of Calgary, Alberta

Wage: $29.00/ hr.

Terms of Employment: Permanent and full time

Job Duties:

Grinding, patching, chipping, polishing and sacking surfaces after the concrete is filled
Fill hollows and remove high spots to smooth freshly poured concrete
Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete
Waterproof, damp-proof and restore concrete surfaces
Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of floors, walls, roads, and other concrete structures.

Skills Requirements

·         Experience with using hand tools such as saws, drills, jackhammer, grinder, and power tools

·         1 year of work experience as concrete finisher helper

·         High school level of education

·         Proficiency in English
