Overview
DB Services of Victoria, Inc. is looking for five (5) Construction Labourers who will perform the following duties:
Main duties
– Load and unload transport construction materials
– Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
– Mix, pour and spread materials
– Assist tradespersons in construction activities
– Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
– Assist heavy equipment operators
– Assist in drilling and blasting rock at construction sites
– Assist in demolishing buildings
– Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
– Read and interpret blueprints
Employment/Education Requirements
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Some experience as a general Construction Labourer may be required for construction trade helpers
– On-the-job training may be provided
Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)
Permanent position
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Language: English required
Start date: As soon as possible
