Audielicious Restaurant in Fort St. John,British Columbia is hiring one  Ethnic Foods Cook.  Wage: $18.50 per hour.  35 hours a week.  Duties: Cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Plan menus, determine size of food portions,estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.  Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen. Manage kitchen operations. Two to three years experience as a Cook in a full-service restaurant setting required.
