Experience                       :   2 years to 3 years

 

Requirements:

 

Must hold valid WorkSafeBC Level 2 – Asbestos Safety Certification and Level 3 – Asbestos Safety Leader Certification

Duties:

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers engaged in Asbestos abatement and removal.

·         Set up machines and equipment.

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities.

·         Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.

·         Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

·         Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

·         Recommend personnel actions.

·         Prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
