Store Supervisor

Overview

Abhay Enterprises Ltd dba Petro Canada is hiring Store Supervisor for Full -Time and permanent position.

 

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers

Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

Sell merchandise to customers

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.

 

Requirements:

Minimum education required is completion of secondary school.

Minimum experience of 7 months or more in retail sales is required.

 

Terms:

Salary: $ 25.00/hour.

Hours of Work: minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given along with two

days off per week will be provided.

Overtime will be paid if any.

Language required: English
