1376258 BC Ltd dba River’s Reach Pub at 320 Sixth Street in New Westminster, BC is hiring Cook for a full – time permanent position. Duties would be: • To cook food & prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, making curries, cutting meat etc., • To set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies, • Stock inventory appropriately, • Handling multiple orders, • to comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations, • Prepare plate presentation procedures, • Determine size of food portions, • Clean up station and store leftover food, • To manage and train staff, to track and report food waste issues. Experience of minimum 2 years as a cook in a restaurant is required. No formal education is required. Salary will be $25.00/hour. Language required is English. Must be available at weekends and evenings. Work will be min. 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week. Please send your resume at jobs.riversreach@gmail.com
