Duties:

Load, unload, carry and move glass panels, window units, doors, frames and other construction materials to work areas.
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required for construction and glazing work.
Assist glaziers with measuring, handling, positioning and installing glass panels, windows, doors, mirrors and other glazing products.
Assist tradespersons, including glaziers, in construction and glass installation activities.
Prepare work areas and surfaces for glass installation by cleaning, removing debris and organizing tools and materials.
Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling glass, tools, equipment and construction materials.
Clean glass surfaces, window frames, tools and work areas after installation.
Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
