Overview
Savanna Bazaar Medical Centre Inc at Unit 8110 5850 88 Ave NE in Calgary, AB is looking to hire family physicians for full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be to:
- Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals
- Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures and consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
- Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention
- Coordinate or manage primary patient care
- Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
Employment Requirement:
Minimum experience of one year or more is required.
A Degree in medicine is required. Certification/licensing from the following is required:
• Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
Language required: English

Salary: Fee for service – As per AHS schedule or minimum $ 250000.00 per year
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Work location: Work must be completed both in person at Unit 8110 5850 88 Ave NE in Calgary, Alberta and remotely. May need to visit other clinics.
