0799543 B.C. Ltd. dba Balkana European Bakery at 108- 33403 Maclure Road, Abbotsford, BC is hiring Food production Manager for full time and permanent position.
Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, and control bakery production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of baked goods.
· Develop production plans and schedules to optimize the use of ingredients, labour, equipment, and resources to meet production targets.
· Manage departmental budgets, inventory of raw materials and finished products, and production reporting procedures.
· Implement improvements to bakery machinery, production processes, and work methods to increase efficiency and product quality.
· Establish quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company requirements.
· Schedule maintenance of bakery equipment and recommend repairs or replacements when required.
· Hire, supervise, and train bakery production staff on equipment operation, production techniques, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Education: College program in business is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisor or manager level in food production is required.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Wage: $54.50/hr
