Experience                       :   2 years to 3 years experience

 

Duties:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of drywall finishers, installers and related workers engaged in the installation of drywall panels, ceiling systems work.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requisition materials and supplies.
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
Prepare work progress reports.
Read blueprints and drawings.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
