Overview
Patriot Homes Ltd at 2774 McColl Place, Victoria, British Columbia V8N 6G1 is hiring Carpenter for full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be:
- To read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications,
- Cut, shape, assemble and join wood, operate power and hand tools,
- Assemble and install framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Fit, install and trim fixtures such as doors, windows, stairs, moldings and hardware.
- Inspect and repair damaged framing structures
- Ensure that all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations
- Fabricate other designer structures as required by the client
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum education as completion of High school
- Minimum experience of 1 year as carpenter is required
Hours of Work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hours per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Work location: 2774 McColl Place, Victoria, British Columbia V8N 6G1. Work will be at various locations across Vancouver Island.
Wage: $ 33.00/hr
