Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

·         Researching and sourcing materials, furniture, and accessories to fit within the client’s budget anddesign concept.

·         Prepare plans and specifications for the final interior designs in accordance with current practices and roles.

·         Creating a working budget and timeline for the project.

·         Assisting all walk-in showroom customers by offering decorating services and closing furniture sales

·         Developing designs and layouts that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

·         Creating plans and elevations to help clients visualize the design.

·         Presenting design plans to clients and making changes based on their feedback.

·         Close sales, prepare sales contracts and take payments

·         Overseeing the installation of the design elements and ensuring the final result is of high quality and meets the agreed-upon design concept.
