Responsibilities
Tasks
Follow work schedules, procedures and internal rules.
Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
Cleaning kitchen equipment (no limited to the other duties).
Maintaining records of cleanliness, inventories, temperatures equipment and health
protocols.
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis (Daily prep list).
Prepare dishes for regular and special costumers with food allergies or intolerances.
Reports of maintenance equipment.
Cleaning of work area (sweep, mop, wipe, scrub, deep clean) no limited to the other duties,
including dishes.
Able of lifting 50 pounds.
Control food stocks and place orders.
Cook in hot and cold line.
Follow the procedures and implement new strategies of organization and fluency
Receive and organize supplies orders according with protocols.
Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders.
Receipt of food orders and store supplies as is required.
Customer service when is required.
Able to develop techniques and provide training to new kitchen workers.
Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
Able to take decisions in relation with job duties.
Able to contribute ideas, experiment with new recipes and suggest new ingredients, lead a
team and is constantly updated to bring that special touch to what you will prepare.
Keep communication between costumers and kitchen staff for specification in food orders,
special dishes of the day, dishes with food allergies or intolerances.
Cleanness and presentation on food that you prepare.
Make corrections on dishes like preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
based in customers requisitions
