Responsibilities

Tasks

 

• Perform basic functions of guest services.

• Process credit card, debit card, direct bill and cash transactions.

• Master how to take a reservation.

• Display confidence in conveying information about the local area and local events.

• Promote package sales.

• Conduct and correct the daily audit.

• Complete administrative duties relating to guest services.

• Actively complete both telephone and in-person room reservation inquiries, converting to actualized bookings.

• Communicate to the team – guest needs and maintenance issues.
