Specific Skills
• Prepare and cook Canadian style breakfast, Brunch and Lunch dishes including pancakes, omelets, waffles, and sandwiches
• Portion, arrange and garnish dishes
• Ensure quality and quantity of all food plates
• Work with and support an efficient kitchen team
• Manage the inventory of food ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and all equipment at the end of the shift
• Follow health and safety guidelines set out by Cora and the Province of BC
• High knife, coordination, and prioritizing skills
