Tasks

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies

and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders;

Designing, executing, and improving recipes.Performing quality checks on ingredients

and finished products. Using icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations to enhance

item presentation. Processing orders from customers. Measuring, mixing, and

processing ingredients. Maintaining a clean and functional work area. Adhering to

food safety regulations.
