Responsibilities
Tasks
· Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department (15.5 hours – includes training of staff and inventory/stock management)
· Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping crews (2.5 hours)
· Coordinate inspection of assigned areas (5 hours)
· Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out including participation in Joint Health & Safety Committee (7 hours)
· Reports to work in required uniform and in adherence with Prestige policy
· Greets guests with a smile and in a warm and courteous manner
· Responds to guest requests promptly
· Provides courteous guest service
· Performs cleaning procedures daily in guest room sand public areas according to Prestige standards (10 hours)
· Works as a team player and leads by example
