Tasks
· Take beverage orders from servers or directly from patron
· Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
· Collect cash, credit or debit cards or other payment of beverages
· Clean bar area and wash glassware
· Prepare mixes drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non- alcoholic beverages
· Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
· Perform inventory and record sales.
· Train and hire bar staff
· Engages in guests’ interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
· Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs
· Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
· Maintaining fun and safe atmosphere or patrons
· Perform other duties requested by the management
